Meet Ellen

My name is Ellen Mulligan of the Uicker/Mulligan Team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Center Harbor, NH, located in the heart of the beautiful "Lakes Region" of New Hampshire. Lake Winnipesaukee, the primary lake, has 72 square miles of glacially formed water with over 250 miles of shorefront and over 250 habitable islands. It is surrounded by several mountain ranges, 8 charming New England towns and dozens of secondary lakes. This area which is less than an hour to the Atlantic Ocean or the White Mountains, an hour and a half to Boston and just a few hours to CT, RI, NY, NJ and even Canada, is a prime second home and retirement market and because of the quality of life many reside here all year.

I began selling Real Estate here 23 years ago when waterfront values were a fraction of what they are worth today. I’ve built a wonderfully exciting business specializing in all facets of Lakes Region Real Estate from the super high end to residential, commercial & land. The variety & complexity of the area and the product we sell certainly make things interesting and fun. But I don't only focus on the high end, I work in about a 20 town radius around the "big lake" selling anything from an inexpensive condo, to a boatslip to land and even some commercial properties. The beauty of selling here in the lakes Region is that the product is so varied and interesting one day I might be showing farm property the next day Island property as an example.

I have developed a philosophy of, total commitment to service excellence, in every aspect of our business. We have formed an excellent support staff and have a large advertising budget to put us at the top. In addition to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s excellent advertising campaign, we have found that to have an edge in this highly competitive area, we must go above and beyond, advertising in such publications as the Wall St Journal, Distinctive Homes Magazine, Homes & Land Magazine, Estates & Homes Magazine, Unique Homes Magazine, Coldwell Banker Previews International plus a number of others. Print ads are not our only focus. We currently have our listings on 8 different websites; see our Marketing Plan for details. For all of our unique and high end listings we hire a professional photographer who spends hours painstakingly photographing, to make the properties look absolutely stunning in print and on virtual slide show, available on our website or on CD. All of our listings also will have a video virtual tour done by a professional videographer.

My Partner Rosemary Uicker, (my mom) & I are the #1 team in the Lakes Region & have individually been in the top 10 of over 850+ agents in our area for most of those years. In my Real Estate career I have sold over 145 million dollars in Real Estate Volume.

I reside in Gilford & Hampstead, New Hampshire with my husband, a dog and a cat. I have two wonderful grown daughters who are just finishing college.
